Aim of CourseTo enable users to organise both incoming and outgoing mail and to work with Newsgroups, Address book, Contacts and quick find functions.
Target AudienceDesigned for users who need to communicate quickly by electronic means. Participants should have attended a one-day introduction course to the Internet.
Structure of CourseParticipants will work through the Outlook Express folders. Each topic will be covered separately and then integrated to provide an overall picture of Outlook's capabilities.
