| Target Audience | Designed for users who need to communicate quickly by electronic means. Participants should have attended a one-day introduction course to the Internet. |
| Structure of Course | Participants will work through the Outlook Express folders. Each topic will be covered separately and then integrated to provide an overall picture of Outlook's capabilities. |
