| Structure of Course |
This session will begin by analysing current stress habits both within working and home environments. We will focus mainly on the work pressures and work on the practical skills and techniques for recognising and dealing with specific pressures brought about by job roles and responsibilities.

Training will take place in one of 4 fully equipped training
suites delivered by professional lecturers. Up to date multimedia and
interactive software/smartboards. Free on-line back-up support after
training.

- Help clients identify the need for change and get rid of unproductive work habits
- Understanding of what causes staff members to feel stressed·
- Improve the levels of communication throughout the whole organisation
- Assist staff and managers to work closer and understand the problems of stress
- Evaluating the cost of stress to your organisation - clients will be given examples of how stress can affect the organisation
- What are the various causes and reactions to stress·
- How stress shows itself - the first step to combating stress is to understand it.
- Clients will look at stress examples and examine their own specific stressors and by group discussion identify common stress inducers.
